This report de{aik our de~’elopment of a computer controlled spofJigh t with four acf uated degrees-of-frwdom for pan, tilt, linear movement, and beam focusing. We review the mechanical structure, Jiincmaf,ic mode], calihra Lion da La, and control algorithm.
